After graduating from massage therapy college, and receiving my registration in September 1998, I have devoted myself to providing the best care possible to my patients. I want to help empower people to recover from injury and manage the physical side of stress. I have a special interest in helping patients navigate through their pain. As a Registered Massage Therapist, I believe in working with you to achieve the best outcome possible. I use a variety of modalities and techniques individual to each person, to better reach their treatment goals. These techniques may include bamboo fusion, cupping, stretching and joint mobilizations. Rehabilitation and pain relief have always been the focus of my practice. I have taken an advanced course in Temporomandibular joint disorders, as well as, hot bamboo massage, DNM and cupping therapy
Having worked and lived in the Brights Grove community for 8 years now I have come to appreciate the wonderful, supportive people of Brights Grove and the beauty of the area. I can always be seen walking my dog daily along the lake.

Your treatment plan will be tailor made to your needs to help you achieve your best health. Your initial visit includes assessment time treatment and any homecare.
